Following the successful acquisition of a software company based in Yerevan, Armenia, a leading international software design company found it had outgrown its local facility. The local managers hired a construction firm to build a new site. When a dispute between Russia and the Republic of Georgia erupted, supply lines to Armenia were cut. Already a client of TAL Global, the software company turned to us to assist re-routing and securing supplies so construction could proceed. When the construction company later defaulted on its contract, the situation became tense. Threats were made to local employees by the construction company executives. TAL Global again stepped in to provide risk assessment services and executive protection. The professional handling of this potentially volatile situation resulted in a peaceful resolution.
