Hospitals must maintain the highest standards when it comes to securing its pharmaceutical supplies. Two different hospitals in California each had reason to believe that employee theft and usage of drugs was occurring. In both situations, experienced operatives from TAL Global initiated undercover investigations to identify the culprits. The team established 24-hour surveillance of key areas within the hospitals. Video devices and analysis of procedural transactions incriminated five employees at one hospital and one at the other. TAL Global worked with the management teams at both hospitals to facilitate terminations and union labor negotiations.
