		<description>Psychological Operations clearly identifies and defines the mission objectives for the soldiers engaged in operations within this discipline.  Changing the name to MISO obscures the value and very important legacy left by the predecessors... in war, peace, and the cold-war era in between.  The name and heritage of Psychological Operations should be retained as is.
