The Global Intelligence and Threat Analysis Council is the principal forum to be utilized by the executive management and corporate boards to facilitate the understanding and analysis of domestic and international intelligence and potential threats to the company’s assets, operations, employees and customers.

Collect and review intelligence from:
- Open source media
- Homeland security network
- Law enforcement bulletins
- Professional associations
Provide timely analysis and appropriate response to:
- Accurate, relevant, and innovative assessments of international and domestic security issues.
- Recommend strategies to reduce and/or mitigate security risks
Ensure intelligent security and crisis management to:
- Support or drive the company’s associated programs as appropriate.
- Manage global intelligence programs (e.g. travel awareness)
- Facilitate presentations to internal and external meetings
The Global Intelligence and Threat Analysis Council provides research capabilities and critical thinking skills to identify, collect, synthesize and evaluate large amounts of data and draw logical and actionable conclusions.
The Council provides knowledge and analysis of international security issues, including political stability, travel safety and terrorism.
